My 7 year old song bought a bike with own b-day money in March. Nice little bike, nothing special, but he loves it. Some creep stole the axle pegs off it and the only place that I can find them locally is the Tread Mill. Ted, the owner, was very helpful, knew exactly what we needed and now my son has pegs again. Price was what I was finding them online, but I didn't have pay for shipping and I got them the same day. Thanks again.
They take great care of bikes and will not try not to swindle you.
Cluttered, of course I don't expect it to have that much room for such a small building, however nothing is labeled so you can't exactly find things easily. The bikes were all pretty good. One of the managers is condescending and doesn't seem to like his job very much. I would not recommend going here for a bike.
They have a great selection of bikes. They also have most small parts that you need for maintenance. The owner is a straight shooter and will do his best to sell what you need. I have heard him talk people out of higher priced items and ended up down selling an item. He is a straight shooter, and some people mistake this for being rude.
Fair prices, lovely service. If you want to be coddled, this shop is not for you. However, if you want to be given great advice from someone that's been in the business for a long time, there is not a better place within 100 miles.
