Very helpful and professional. When I asked about a long scratch and if it could be buffed out, someone checked it out and buffed it out. I was only asking about what could be done and didn't expect their help.
My wife and I were driving through Potsdam and decided to stop and look at the new Subaru Foresters even though we knew as Canadians we would not be able to purchase one in the US. A salesman came out and answered all our questions even knowing he could not make a sale, showed us the accessories, the entertainment center and everything that you want to know before purchasing a new car.
