The older gentleman was very rude to us. He was the one who we were able to talk down the price of the table before the "increase" of the price over this summer.
We purchased a recliner from Ashley furniture in Potsdam in December 2016. Within the first month, the wooden frame cracked resulting in a very sharp edge. We had a one year warranty on the product and called immediately to either have the chair fixed or replaced. We've been getting the run around from the the sales manager for the last year. They say their store representative says that since the chair is still technically usable, they don't have to replace or fix the chair. When one of three small children gets cut on the sharp edge, maybe they'll reconsider. The best they could do was offer a $100 discount after fighting for nearly a year. Would never recommend shopping here. Terrible customer service. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.
