They need to change online Sunday hours of operation to match actual time
I've been going here to return my bottles for about a year. I take about 5 large bags and we usually get 25-30 dollars. Today we brought in 6 large bags and this guy who says he has been working there for 6 years gave us 20 bucks. When I went in to ask him why we only received 20 bucks when we brought in more bags than usual all he could say was..."oh well I've been here 6 years and I counted them". What a joke. There's like one guy that works here that's honest. The rest are a so crooked. Do NOT take your bottles back here unless you don't mind getting ripped off.
Cjs used to be the best bottle redemption/beer store in Potsdam. Now the bottle redemption has changed hands and it is horrible. The service is horrible I hear employees complaining very clearly about the customers and about their own job out in the store. Who ever took over the bottle redemption will run CJs right into the ground with their horrible compassion for customers .... You know that customers are the reason ur getting paid right.?!?!
