Had awful odor in house. Charged me $70 to place a foot long piece of pipe under my sink for my vent (to make it taller) and made a huge mess cutting the pipe. Did not clean up their mess and took 5 minutes to install. Took my money and left. Did not look or inspect anywhere else at my home. I called later that day and said the smell was worse and lady who answered phone said she would have the tech call. A week and a half later still no call back and my husband found out from doing proper inspection that our sewer pipe broke under our home. When I called company back to ask about help they said I would have to pay fee again for them to come out and repairs.
