I would have to say STAY AWAY especially if you have GHI ins. he tried to charge me 150.00 per tooth above and beyond the ins. when I said absolutely not he got huffy and stormed out of the room. I reported him to GHI with no satisfaction when i went to a different oral surgeon they said i would have to pay for consultation because you only get one. Therefore I wasted a consult, he also charges for extra anesthesia that is not needed (15 min.) he pulled my daughters wisdom teeth and charged for 45 min. of anesthesia, she was only in the room for 20 min. I would give him an F for the whole experience.
I had several teeth pulled by him and he's a mediocre dentist to say the least. Staff is not friendly and he's very impersonal. Would not return and would not recommend. I've been to both the Massena and Potsdam offices and do not have a good word to say about either.
I was referred to Dr. Fisher to have my wisdom teeth out and it was great. I woke up pain free, the office was clean, staff was professional, and Dr. Fisher was friendly and a great surgeon. I would definitely go back here for all of my surgical needs!
