I sent my car to them to do inspection.they told me I need to buy four snow tires first, or they not gonna do the inspection, I said I don't wanna buy snow tires, asked them return my car back, manager asked me to go out and wait, after 10 min, they told me they already did the inspection and my car didn't pass the inspection.
