Broke my glasses. Called on 5/22. Made appointment for morning of 6/5. Asked if they took my insurance. They said they think so. Gave my insurance provider and the number on my insurance card. Was told they would call back if there was any issues. They call this afternoon (6/2) to tell me they don't take my insurance (less than one business day before the appointment). Sure would have been nice to receive this info in a more timely fashion so I could have made an appointment somewhere else. Very poor customer service.
