Worst Healthcare Service!!!
Very slow service and many unfriendly workers
I have always been helped by urgent care! Perhaps more organization when l left and asked about billing would have made this review a five. Nonetheless, I would not have received the care I needed when I did if it hadn't been for them.
If anyone must take an X-Ray, I would highly recommend going directly to the Canton-Potsdam Hospital.
Thorough and friendly but never called in my daughters prescription!!
I brought elderly father after he felt to the Urgent Care Center in Potsdam on Friday T 4:10pm. There was not a single person waiting. A receptionist took his name without any direction as where or when they will register him. We waited waited until I finally prompted them how long we would have to wait before they even register us. It took another long wait before staff call us for a registration. Once we were registered, nurse quickly took an incident report and his vital measurements. Next, PA came to check him quickly prior to X-ray tech came for three X-ray shots. They have no local radiologist so another hours wait.
Don't waste your time. My personal opinion is that they under Medicate for serious Bronchial problems etc. Ended up in the ER anyway (very sick!) They act as an immediate intervention, but as soon as you leave you should be calling your Physician because you will need them.
